Our membership year runs for 12 months, and to keep things fair, everyone's membership officially start at the same time, when we officially go live. However, your payment is taken at the time you join. During sign-up, you’ll select your preferred membership option: - Full upfront payment for the year (includes entry into the Grand Prize Draw) - Monthly direct debit option Membership is activated only when we officially go live, but you will only be able to join before that point.

Once we officially go live, membership cannot be cancelled. Membership provides immediate access to exclusive benefits, making it a digital service with no cancellation rights under UK law.
